We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for completing apartment maintenance and repairs, ensuring units are move-in ready, and helping maintain the overall condition of the property. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance knowledge, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Paint apartments and complete touch-up work as needed.
• Repair and maintain refrigerators and other household appliances.
• Troubleshoot and clear clogged garbage disposals.
• Complete routine maintenance requests in occupied apartments.
• Assist with preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Regularly climb stairs while carrying tools and materials.

Qualifications:

• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of appliance repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and climb stairs frequently.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
