Manager/Supervisor
A body shop manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a collision repair facility. This includes managing repair workflows, supervising technicians, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising auto body technicians, painters, and prep staff
• Managing repair schedules and workflow within the shop
• Ensuring repairs meet quality and safety standards

• Monitoring shop performance, productivity, and profitability
• Handling customer concerns and service issues
• Managing parts ordering and inventory coordination
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques (manufacturing, paint finishes)
• Ability to estimate the cost and price of needed vehicle repairs and to train team members in this ability
• Knowledge of new models and product improvements based on technical service bulletins, etc.
